The Genius is Within: Real Innovation Begins by Listening to the Right Voices
Throughout the nearly four decades Richard Jacowleff has spent in the telecom industry, he’s witnessed and been a part of extraordinary changes, from the breakup of AT&T in 1983 to the ubiquitous use of smartphones. Fortunately in the US, which saw more than 48 billion robocalls in 2018, regulation has been enacted to stamp out the practice.
