Program Management
Responsibilities
This Program Management role will support the Program Management Office (PMO) with ongoing long-term projects and compliance needs. This position will include executing, documenting, and controlling projects and high-priority initiatives with near-term deliverables, as well as supporting the execution of contract compliance functions within the Local Number Portability Administration (LNPA). Engage with various levels in the organization – from the executive management team to the technical team – to analyze problems and develop solutions. Develop materials for information sharing with management team and external parties.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Gather and assess data for input into reports to stakeholders, documenting decisions, and tracking action items and project risks
- Lead teams in the monitoring and controlling of priority projects and initiatives
- Continually evaluate quality artifacts to ensure integrity for audit purposes and for considerations of continual improvement opportunities for review and report with manager support
- Support work with cross-organizational LNPA team members in order fulfill contractual and regulatory audit, compliance and reporting obligations
- Plan and execute internal audits and exercises, including results and areas for improvements, and present results and leading discussions both internally and to customers and regulatory bodies
- Collaborate with internal groups to set up and execute process measurement and process controls to ensure compliance with Service Level Requirements and Audit and Compliance obligations
Identify and drive the development and review of new methods and processes to address the evolving needs of the business, with little to no management direction
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of successful project coordination and operational support
- 5 years of Program Management experience
- Excellent interpersonal, analytic, and organizational skills
- Strong oral, and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task on several projects and assume new responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with financial modeling for budget forecasting
- US Citizenship Required

Software Development Engineer
Responsibilities:
Looking for a qualified software developer who will be responsible for building product enhancements and solutions to meet customer and product roadmap business needs. Develop and implement backend components in function-based architecture including web services.
Requirements:
Ability to perform software development functions along with demonstrated experience of delivering software systems on aggressive schedules and changing priorities with quality and on schedule.
- 4–5 years of experience developing scalable web applications using:
- Java, Spring Boot
- HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular (version 18 or later)
- Knowledge in SQL working with RDBMS like Oracle or Postgres
- Knowledge in a wide variety of TCP based protocol stacks and architecture (HTTP, SOAP, REST) with experience in at least one such protocol
- Ability to work in a Linux based environment with knowledge of a scripting language like shell
- Familiarity with secure design, coding & browser debugging
- Ability to design/develop screens without specific design requirement
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- An inherent curiosity and a willingness to learn on your own
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

Desired Qualifications:
- Programming Experience in PHP, C, Python, Tomcat, Shell programming etc.

- Experience working in Waterfall and Agile environment with changing priorities and tight schedules, utilizing ALM tools (Helix, JIRA) and familiarity with DevOps principles and tools (Jenkins, Git)
Rotational Leadership Program Associate
Info Solutions Rotational Leadership Associate
The Info Solutions Rotational Leadership Program is an opportunity for someone interested in furthering their leadership skills while making direct contributions to the continued success of iconectiv. By participating in the Rotational Program, you will gain a diverse set of skills that will help you understand inter-departmental relationships and chose the career path that best suits your skills and career aspirations. This rotational program typically consists of three, 9-month rotations and is based out of our headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ (hybrid, distributed workforce).
At the completion of the Rotational Leadership Program, it will be decided based on your experience and the needs of the business where there may be an opportunity for a role in one of the Info Solutions organizations.
Responsibilities by Department:
Under the direct supervision and mentorship from a manager within iconectiv’s Info Solutions Team (product/sales/marketing), you’ll work with the Info Solutions organization on your own project with key deliverables, which will provide added value to the company.
Sales
- Supports the iconectiv global sales team with customer facing value propositions, customer communications and relationship management tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Conducts research on target industry verticals, voice of the customer, existing clients and prospects to uncover anew sales opportunities
- Develops sales & marketing strategies to achieve sales growth targets
- Partners cross-functionally with internal, iconectiv teams (Marketing, Product, Finance & Legal) to facilitate sales programs and operations
- Develops understanding of iconectiv and competitive solutions in the telecommunications marketplace
- Participates in professional development opportunities to enhance business acumen
- Communicates regularly with Executives, Managers, and co-workers in formal and informal settings
Product
- Work with Product Line Manager (PLM) to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and manage information to support corporate decision making
- Assist PLM to create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
- Create and assist with presentations and reports based on recommendations
- Assist in the development of Go-To-Market plans
- Assist in the development of the required collateral and target event attendance
- Manage product developments and enhancements working closely with the development organization, making decisions on investment and technology, writing requirements and being able to communicate the product strategy and corporate vision
- Attend customer meetings and works with Sales and program teams to help develop strategies to address market
- Shadow and attend industry meetings, as applicable, to assigned product(s)
Marketing
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings and present key insights.
- Attend competitive and or 3rd party webinars and provide high level summary of key insights
- Conduct research and development of future projects and events (collaborates internally)
- Refresh sales enablement materials (messaging, videos, FAQs, qualification docs, collateral, web and social content)
- Help capture company and product value prop and modernizes customer interactions
- Assist with empower library, PowerPoint updates
- Collaborate in event planning
- Aid in various competitive analysis (new product releases, mergers/acquisitions, etc.)
- Help scribe on financial quarterly conferences
- Buyer journey and persona support
- Support with Pardot, LinkedIn, Facebook and others as needed for social marketing
- Aid with Asana project entries, marketing calendar and related tasks
- Assist in Salesforce Library for posting and sharing sales tools
Requirements
- Recent college graduate (BA/BS in business, marketing, communications, product marketing or other related field)
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior internships/experience in business/sales/marketing environment preferred
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Quick learner and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of current trends and new developments in customer communications, product marketing, telecom trends
- Ability to travel as needed (10%)
