Responsibilities:

Candidate will be responsible specifying, architecting, deploying, upgrading, maintaining, and monitoring lab infrastructure. Including local build system (source code control, build servers, etc). Responsible for packaging and deployment software used to upgrade production system. Provide troubleshooting support to QA and Operations as needed. Participate in the review of requirements and Product Test planning and execution. As necessary, responsible for/participates in overall architecture design, third party hardware and software evaluation and computing platform selection. As necessary, participate on teams involved in cross product solutions and interfaces to other products.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent with 5+ years experience or 8+ years experience for a SR. Developer
  • Agile/Lean methodology
  • Java Application Server support experience (e.g. JBossEAP and Tomcat)
  • Experience with scripting and small-scale software Development (e.g. python, bash)
  • Continuous Integration and Delivery tools (e.g. Subversion, Maven, Jenkins)
  • Experience with Software Deployment (e.g. Ansible, rpm/yum/dnf)
  • Linux Systems Administration (RedHat / Oracle Linux 7.x, 8.x, 9.x)
  • Excellent teaming and collaboration skills, including working with Testers and Operations staff
  • US Citizenship required

  Additional Skills:

  • Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
  • Oracle RDBMS and JDBC experience
  • Knowledge of AWS (Cloud Formation/Terraform, Amazon RDS for Oracle, IAM Roles and Policies)
  • Process monitoring and logging and alarming experience 
  • JMS Messaging experience (e.g. Active MQ)
  • LDAP Server experience (e.g. OpenLDAP or OpenDJ)

NetSuite Billing Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • This position will support the iconectiv billing manager in their overall daily responsibilities. This will include but not be limited to the following.
  •  The review and understanding of contract particulars as it relates to properly establishing the required Sales Order in NetSuite. 
  •  The establishment of billing and revenue schedules within NetSuite in compliance with contract terms /language and internal reporting requirements. 
  •  Distributing Customer Invoices as required including the use of outside platforms such as Ariba or other customer specific systems. 
  •  Ensuring contracts line items are established with correct sales tax information. 
  •  Working with other groups within Finance and Product management to resolve invoicing, credit, and cash application issues.
  • NetSuite Customer Setup.    

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Accounting.
  • Experience in an accounting operational environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own time and priorities, and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience working with NetSuite ERP system and knowledge of Avalara tax software
  • US Citizenship required
