Primary responsibility is to receive guests, help employees and general support for the badging center office workflows. Specifically, reviewing Service Now tickets, assign visitor badges to guests, help employees and contractors with day passes, track badge assignments, monitoring security video cameras, answering phone calls and walking on different floors to support teams. Respond to emergency situations and contact first responders if necessary. Provide daily reports and logging activities of iconectiv site security systems. All other training will be provided.
- The slated hours for this role are 8:00am to 12:30pm.
- Must be enrolled at a college or university
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and the Microsoft Operating Systems
- Must be dependable and a person of high integrity
- US Citizenship required
