In this position, you will play a crucial role in the Network Security Operations Center (NSOC) by being a key member of the service solution monitoring team.  In addition to monitoring, you will be required to provide support to the Customer Service and Operations Engineering teams to assist in troubleshooting service/system issues, collecting system/application/performance data, managing trouble tickets, performing notifications and escalations and system and application sanity testing.

Solution Architect

Product Marketing Assistant

This team member is responsible for ensuring all iconectiv employees and specifically Sales and Sales Support team members as well as customers are kept informed about events, speaking and product enhancements in a way that is seamless, engaging, and on brand. This person is responsible for working with marcom and product marketing to ensure that a steady drum beat of communications is created and shared in a timely way to drive awareness, thought leadership and promotion of our products and services, internally and externally via traditional and social communication channels.

PRODUCT SUPPORT AROUND EVENTS/SPEAKING
External event support as follows:
•Responsible for ensuring event and speaking engagement information that includes photos/logos and descriptive information are posted on the website and on social platforms in a timely manner. Either directly or with the assistance of the PR agency, the content is to be created, approved and submitted via a Service Now ticket. Content would be checked prior to posting and then communicated to appropriate target audiences.
•Coordinate creation and distribution of event-related customer communications with marcom function, including sales team emails, pre-event emails, at-event invitations (e.g. tech talks), post-event communications
•Assist the Global Events manager in the creation and distribution of:
     oFinal information letter is
     oPost-show communications
•Responsible for the creation and distribution of event and speaking-related customer comms to be sent via Pardot and directly via sales team members, as well as for at-event programs (e.g. tech talks, customer receptions) and post-event follow up communications.
•Responsible for the creation and distribution of post-event surveys and report creation
