Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will help the company elevate its customer communications programs and demand generation initiatives through thoughtful development and deployment of nurture campaigns. Doing this effectively will require the candidate to be highly attuned to customer needs and expectations and be able to develop associated personas. Further, the candidate needs to be both creative and analytical – able to both create content, as well as have a high degree of comfort with establishing metrics and engaging in data-driven decision-making.

•Develop and refine customer personas
•Have experience developing and executing email campaigns, specifically those that feature a nurture and decision-based components, that align with the buyer / customer journey
•Demonstrated skill in organic list building, specifically using social and/or content-driven acquisition methods
•Works effectively in a team environment, partnering with other functions and outside partners on design, content development, and tie-ins with web digital/social
•Conceive of and develop content to support lead generation campaigns
•Effectively prioritize, oversee and facilitate projects and requests
•Work collaboratively with Marcom and Sales functions to ensure consistent content across all marketing channels.
•Develop and measure to relevant metrics
•Working knowledge of domestic and international regulations related to permission-based email marketing

Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
•3-5 years of product marketing experience in communications/technology industry
•Extensive knowledge of, and high degree of comfort with, marketing automation software; Knowledge of Pardot is very highly desirable.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
•Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment.
•Ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
