Responsibilities: 

The candidate will be responsible for providing all financial analysis and planning for iconectiv’s Business to Consumer (B2C) business unit. The B2C BU is the highest growing segment of iconectiv and is expected to continue to grow at 15-20% per year. The Business Unit includes four key product families with annual revenue totaling in excess of $40M. The company expects this business unit to exceed $200M within five years. 

Work in conjunction with senior management, the candidate will be responsible for the following:
a)Preparing the annual operating plan target and coordinating the bottoms up operating plan with departmental and product leaders and senior finance leaders,
b)Produce actual vs plan/forecast variance analysis and underlying metrics to support 1) product managers visibility and transparency and 2) Finance MD&A variance and trend analysis in concert with standard monthly finance reporting
c)Manage annual incentive plans (Sales commission and bonus plans), both target setting and actual results reporting.
d)Support the existing recurring in-year forecasting process (3x9, 6x6, 9x3, or a rolling 12 month forecast)
e)Review Customer and vendor relationships (contract negotiation and review) specific to the B2C business unit contracts. This would involve working with Product, sales and Legal to obtain the best result for the company all things considered.
f)Assess the impact of proposed M&A and other potential investments on B2C performance
g)Support the company’s multiyear annual planning cycle by completing a five year view of the B2C products. The candidate will work with product managers and other finance staff to complete this 5 year plan.
h)Support annual audit and BOD quarterly meetings and potential lender meeting requirements

Skills and Knowledge:
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Corporate financial planning,
•Working knowledge of GAAP Accounting and Tax planning concepts
•Working knowledge of accounting systems (such as Netsuite, Oracle financials etc) and financial reporting tools (e.g Onestream, Prophix, Adaptive Planning, etc)
•Working knowledge of Financial planning and budgeting software and Sales Force.com and other supporting applications
•Excellent analytical and communication skills capable leading multifunctional teams to common objective, and presenting results to C level staff
•Management skills of up to team of three staff

•Undergraduate & masters in relevant field
•CPA Preferred but not required
