Plugging the $29bn Telecom Fraud Hole
Webinar highlights global problem, outlines new measures to combat fraudsters
BRIDGEWATER, NJ – October 18, 2018 – A study by the Communications Fraud Control Association estimates that service providers lose some $29bn annually to fraudsters. Not only is the revenue loss per service provider significant, it is further compounded by the collateral damage it does to brand value and loyalty and its impact on consumer trust.
