CFCA KNOW Session: Making US Number Portability Data Available for Law Enforcement Investigations

Join Cathy McMahon, Sr. Director, LNPA Account Management and Angela Seredocha, Sr. Manager, LNPA Account Management at iconectiv, for a featured speaking session during the CFCA KNOW Session on June 11, 2025, from 11:00AM to 12:00PM EDT, hosted virtually on Microsoft Teams.

In this session, Making US Number Portability Data Available for Law Enforcement Investigations, Cathy and Angela will explain how number portability data helps law enforcement quickly identify the Service Provider associated with a phone number. This is essential during urgent investigations where every second counts.

The discussion will cover PortData Source, including access options through the Enhanced Law Enforcement Platform (ELEP) and Interactive Voice Response (IVR). These tools provide timely, accurate data from the Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC), helping public safety professionals act faster and with confidence.
