The FP&A Manager plays a critical role in driving financial insight, supporting strategic decision‑making, and ensuring the organization’s financial health. This position partners closely with leadership across departments to analyze performance, forecast future results, and guide resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• External reporting of company results
• Monthly, quarterly and annual results presentations for management
• Forecasting, annual and long-term planning
• Financial modeling of investment opportunities, including impacts of efficiency and optimization assessments
• Oversee financial audits and external reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, including support to internal and external audit requirements and certifications
• Review and approve Customer contracts to mitigate risk, assess revenue recognition in line with GAAP, and company booking process and guidelines
• Responsible for monthly book close analysis, including through review of accounting transactions and variance to plan and forecast expectations
• Review all vendor expense requests to mitigate risk, ensure favorable terms and drive favorable margin
• Review and approve all hiring to ensure in line with budget and forecast expectations
• Headcount reporting and analytics
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Create desktop procedures as needed and maintain documentation for training, audit reviews and internal communication

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CPA preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or FP&A
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities
• Experience presenting to senior leadership
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities:

Customer service and other soft skills are vital, while basic PC, laptop and network connectivity troubleshooting skills are desired. This customer services desk will provide end user support of proprietary business applications and standard (off the shelf) client software while providing outstanding customer service. Required Qualifications:

• BS or BA degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience is desired

• Good working knowledge of Oracle SQL, Java and UNIX skills preferred
• Experience using “Chat” to  support customers (requires good spelling)
• Any application support experience would be a plus  
• Superior MS Office Skills
• Good writing skills and the ability to author professional correspondence

Responsibilities:

• System Administration
• Create and update roles, permissions, user accounts, dashboards, item , saved searches, and reports
• Manage operations and day-to-day end-user support of NetSuite ERP and the OneStream reporting platform
• Maintain a limited number of workflows and scripts by working with NetSuite Support
• Support and manage NetSuite integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Avalara & Celigo, JP Morgan, etc)
• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for NetSuite questions and troubleshooting
