Primary responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, end-user support, and supporting project initiatives across the CPM platform, which will require the design and build of new standard reports. This position will partner closely with functional teams to solve business-reporting issues and design effective reporting solutions. This is a highly visible role and will work directly with leadership roles across the organization, and will be critical in solidifying a “best-in-class” CPM solution for the company.

This is a contract position with the possibility of moving to a Full Time position.

Responsibilities:

  • System Administration
  • Create and update roles, permissions, user accounts, dashboards, item , saved searches, and reports
  • Manage operations and day-to-day end-user support of NetSuite ERP and the OneStream reporting platform
  • Maintain a limited number of workflows and scripts by working with NetSuite Support
  • Support and manage NetSuite integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Avalara & Celigo, JP Morgan, etc)
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for NetSuite questions and troubleshooting
