Program Manager, Porting Service Analyst

The Program Manager/Porting Service Analyst is expected to manage SP Number Portability Projects and relationships related to the Mass Porting/SPID Migration projects. The individual must coordinate communications among the service provider and the iconectiv internal stakeholders (e.g. Account Management, Industry relations, Performance and DevOps etc.).
We are looking for someone that can be a team player and has strong problem-solving, good hands on technical and communication skills. This individual must ensure that all requirements, such as service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the statement of work (SoW), the contract, and supporting attachments and addenda.

Responsibilities:
- Support the following types of calls, questions, or tickets:
- Customer Service

Required Qualifications:
- Prefer a BS Degree with a technical, business or management focus.

IT Operations Analyst I
-
Responsibilities:
Your role as a NOC I Engineer is to ensure service platform health and integrity through system, application, network, security, and database monitoring. In this position, you will play a crucial role in the Network Security Operations Center (NSOC) by being a key member of the service solution monitoring team. In addition to monitoring, you will be required to provide support to the Customer Service and Operations Engineering teams to assist in troubleshooting service/system issues, collecting system/application/performance data, managing trouble tickets, performing notifications and escalations and system and application sanity testing.
As a NOC I Engineer you will have the following responsibilities:
- Must be available to work 24x7 rotating shifts including day, swing, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be available to perform work on site in one of the data centers – Perform remote hands as needed, replace CRU (customer replacement units) and escort vendors for FRU (field replacement units).
- Production and Test environment application platform monitoring for alarms and performance issues on systems, applications, databases, and network/customer connectivity.
- Manage alarm events and technical application issues – creating, modifying, troubleshooting, and closing trouble tickets and routing issues to appropriate teams or vendors to be investigated and provide assistance wherever needed or requested.
- Perform assigned daily, weekly, and monthly operations maintenance duties.
- Perform basic system administrator functions such as: alarm detection, correlation, and resolution; capture and review error logs, capture and analyze trace data, platform sanity testing, run performance and capacity analysis reports and provide overall system administration assistance whenever needed or requested.

This Program Management role will support the Program Management Office (PMO) with ongoing long-term projects and compliance needs. This position will include executing, documenting, and supporting projects and initiatives with near-term deliverables, as well as supporting the execution of contract compliance functions within the Local Number Portability Administration (LNPA). Engage with various levels in the organization to analyze problems and develop materials for information sharing with cross-organizational teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Security Engineer

Responsibilities:
Your role as the Security Engineer will include platform Security Monitoring and Analytics; overseeing and performing Security Engineering tasks and functions; and developing and maintaining application security services for lab and production environments, which support number porting services for the NPAC (Number Porting Administration Center). In addition, the candidate will be responsible for securing existing systems and applications; evaluating the security for 3rd party applications, host systems, development software, devices, and technologies for vulnerabilities; and developing requirements for related security solutions. Candidate must develop a thorough understanding of the solution (platform, application, and processes being developed and implemented) to fully meet the technical requirements of the position.
In addition, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Have the capacity to evolve to technical lead for the NPAC Security Operations team
- Maintain highly visible “hands on” profile
- Design and implement a continuous process improvement program for security engineering tasks
