Responsibilities:

Responsible for representing iconectiv and its services at various industry forums, in customer engagements, and at various trade events. Shares expertise in iconectiv services and products with customers, users, and industry bodies. Engages with various levels in the iconectiv organization–from the executive management team to the technical team–to analyze problems and to lead the implementation of solutions and strategies. Includes supporting existing production systems and services. 

Additionally, responsible for representing industry and customer voices in the decision-making process and overall strategy of iconectiv to develop existing and future products and services. Responsible for leading external engagements related to implementation of strategic initiatives. 

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer relationship skills and ability to interact with various levels of customer and industry staff, from technical to managerial 
  • Established relationships with or participation in telecom industry forums or associations, including past or current leadership positions
  • Deep experience with telephone number portability processes
  • Experience managing transition of large software-based services from one vendor to another
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with federal or state regulatory bodies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience presenting to large groups
  • Solid collaboration skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the iconectiv organization, from technical staff to the CEO 
  • Comfortable working in a changing environment with tight schedules and varied assignments
  • B.S. Computer Science, Engineering, Computer and Information Science or equivalent with 20+ years of experience in carrier operations, telephone number administration, number portability, regulatory, and/or related industry forums and associations 
  • Up to 50% of travel required based on business needs
  • U.S. Citizenship Required

  • Experience working on software systems 
  • Background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation through working with end users, engineers, and developers

Responsibilities:

This Program Management role will support the Program Management Office (PMO) with ongoing long-term projects and compliance needs. This position will include executing, documenting, and supporting projects and initiatives with near-term deliverables, as well as supporting the execution of contract compliance functions within the Local Number Portability Administration (LNPA).  Engage with various levels in the organization to analyze problems and develop materials for information sharing with cross-organizational teams.

 Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Gather and assess data for input into reports to stakeholders, documenting decisions, and tracking action items and project risks.
  • Support the monitoring and execution of the organization's overall compliance strategy. 
  • Continually evaluate quality artifacts to ensure integrity for audit purposes and for consideration of continual improvement opportunities for review and report with manager support
  • Support work with cross-organizational LNPA team members in order fulfill contractual and regulatory audit, compliance and reporting obligations.
  • Support internal audit teams to execute and document audit and compliance results and areas for improvements, including presenting results and leading discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to set up and execute process measurement and process controls to ensure compliance with Service Level Requirements and Audit and Compliance obligations.
  • Support the preparation of audit and compliance reporting updates to senior management.

 

 Requirements:

  • Demonstrated history of successful project coordination and operational support.
  • 1-2 years of Program Management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task on several projects and assume new responsibilities
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • US Citizenship Required

 

**Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person

Additional Skills:

•     Telecom background experience with number portability or number administration is a plus.
