Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Product and Account Manager who will support the iconectiv solutions. Support will include solution reporting, solution roadmaps, new feature business cases, and marketing communications, including making recommendations for social media. In this role, a broad view of the organization and products as well as iconectiv customer groups will be developed. Responsibilities will also include planning for and attending periodic customer meetings. 


This person will be instrumental part of the account management team The ideal candidate will have a background in the telecommunications industry in combination with strong business and technical acumen. The Product and Account Manager will support the account management team by tracking customer and industry needs with a focus on anticipating and solving customer issues. 

 Requirements:

  • Experience with product management and social media management
  • Strong market and business acumen
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task across several projects
  • Product management support for iconectiv products including roadmap planning, reporting, customer engagement and financial management.
  • Marketing Communications management including messaging on iconectiv public website and social media accounts

**Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person

 Additional Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • BA/BS degree in business or marketing communications with at least 2 years of industry experience
  • Travel will be up to 30% for customer and industry meetings
