Senior Security Engineer

Responsibilities:
The Security Engineer role includes platform Security Monitoring and Analytics; overseeing and performing Security Engineering tasks and functions; and developing and maintaining application security services for lab and production environments, supporting number porting services for the NPAC (Number Porting Administration Center). In addition, the candidate will be responsible for securing existing systems and applications; evaluating the security for 3rd party applications, host systems, development software, devices, and technologies for vulnerabilities; and developing requirements for related security solutions. Candidate must develop a thorough understanding of the solution (platform, application, and processes being developed and implemented) to fully meet the technical requirements of the position.
Requirements:

Program Management

Responsibilities:
This Program Management role will support the Program Management Office (PMO) with ongoing long-term projects and compliance needs. This position will include executing, documenting, and supporting projects and initiatives with near-term deliverables, as well as supporting the execution of contract compliance functions within the Local Number Portability Administration (LNPA). Engage with various levels in the organization to analyze problems and develop materials for information sharing with cross-organizational teams.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Gather and assess data for input into reports to stakeholders, documenting decisions, and tracking action items and project risks.
- Support the monitoring and execution of the organization's overall compliance strategy.
- Continually evaluate quality artifacts to ensure integrity for audit purposes and for consideration of continual improvement opportunities for review and report with manager support
- Support work with cross-organizational LNPA team members in order fulfill contractual and regulatory audit, compliance and reporting obligations.
- Support internal audit teams to execute and document audit and compliance results and areas for improvements, including presenting results and leading discussions.
- Collaborate with internal groups to set up and execute process measurement and process controls to ensure compliance with Service Level Requirements and Audit and Compliance obligations.
- Support the preparation of audit and compliance reporting updates to senior management.
