The Security Engineer role includes platform Security Monitoring and Analytics; overseeing and performing Security Engineering tasks and functions; and developing and maintaining application security services for lab and production environments, supporting number porting services for the NPAC (Number Porting Administration Center). iconectiv is seeking a Training & Development specialist who will be responsible for the end‑to‑end lifecycle of learning solutions, owning everything from curriculum management and LMS operations to scalable content development that supports both product users and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
Own and continuously improve learning solutions by leading course lifecycle management, LMS operations, and scalable content development and deployment. Operate with minimal supervision, proactively manage stakeholder alignment, and drive measurable improvements in training quality, availability, and user experience
- Own product User course curriculum: Review, update, and deploy product user courses in step with software releases; maintain content accuracy and version control
- Oversee 3rd party LMS operations end‑to‑end: Partner with vendors to keep the Training Portal (User facing LMS) operational; monitor availability and resolve issues to protect the learner experience.
- Administer Percipio at a company level: Build/edit content, package and upload SCORM files, deploy and schedule assignments, and maintain admin governance
- Lead SME-driven course development: Facilitate knowledge transfer course creation with SMEs; convert experience, knowledge and skills into learning assets and deploy through Percipio
- Build scalable custom learning: Create and maintain training for processes, tools, applications, and Business Continuity Plan courses—designed for reuse and easy updates

This Program Management role will support the Program Management Office (PMO) with ongoing long-term projects and compliance needs. This position will include executing, documenting, and supporting projects and initiatives with near-term deliverables, as well as supporting the execution of contract compliance functions within the Local Number Portability Administration (LNPA). Engage with various levels in the organization to analyze problems and develop materials for information sharing with cross-organizational teams.
