 Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Informatics or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Candidate should have an appreciation of communication networks, processes and systems.
  • End User (Customer) interface experience required.
  • Experience in telecommunications industry.
  • Strong presentation skills for training and reviewing code set evolution proposals with customers.
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written, both technical and non-technical, with specific attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and customer issues and devise solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Travel will be up to 10%, primarily in the US with occasional travel outside of the US.
