Talent Management and Performance Improvement•2-5 years of HR experience with Talent Management and Training
•2-5 years of HR experience with Talent Management and Training
•Design and implement company-wide programs such as Goal Setting and Performance Reviews
•Partner with BU to identify and develop high potential employees by creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) 
•Provide Succession planning services
•Work with legal and related departments for compliance training audits
•Lead ad hoc projects such as 360-degree assessments, organizational design, etc.
•Conduct training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and/or focus groups throughout the organization
•Identify internal/external training resources, managing training budget, approving new vendors, logistics for classroom trainings, etc.
•Follow-up trainings with surveys and/or interviews for feedback 
•Manage the Learning Management System (Skillsoft/Percipio)

Onboarding
•Onboard new hires 
•Send out new-hire surveys and create action plans based on results

Compensation  
•Compensation analysis for annual merit/bonus cycle
•Complete data entry for Radford’s annual compensation report by 5/15
•Benchmarking internal vs. external data for updating compensation structures, etc. 

Key skills
•Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.)
•Able to provide insights from data
•Experience with LMS and Adobe Captivate
•Experience with Performance Goals/Reviews tools
•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or related field
