Responsibilities:
This position is part of the dynamic NPAC Account Management and Industry Relations team. iconectiv has become the Local Number Portability Administrator, operating a complex platform for our customers.
Our intern will be involved with communications functions, both inbound and outbound. Customer inquiries will be answered where possible or with the support of other team members. Customer responses will be reviewed to determine next steps and ensure updates to our tracking system made.
Basic data analysis functions are also a part of this position.
Intern will perform basic Project Management skill such as Milestone tracking and follow-up with team members.
Assist staff with the key function to create required weekly and monthly Report deliverables for our customers.
Presentation of work performed via both text and graphical means is required.
The intern will be tightly integrated into the core Account Management team and play a direct role in our success. The role will require the intern to interact with all members of the Account Management team, working closely with our Business Analyst, to provide ad-hoc support as our needs evolve.
Position is for 32 hours per week.

Attention to detail to ensure quality deliverables
Flexibility to react to changing work needs
Currently enrolled at a University pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree.
Any Majors may be considered

Additional Skills:
Medium-level Capability with Microsoft Excel is desirable
Working Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is desirable
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint is helpful
