Responsibilities:
iconectiv is seeking a DevOps Manager for the TruNumber Gateway application. The Gateway is used to support porting of telephone numbers between telecom carriers. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the environment infrastructure to support the development and test team’s work.

• Work with an Agile team dedicated to delivering and overseeing application environments.
• Create application build environments, support deployment and configure the Gateway application and associated interface injectors and simulators to support development.
• Patching of OS and 3PSW to keep current.
• Updating the Installation Guide, Hardware Configuration Plan and Technical Operating Environment application documentation for new releases.
• Collaborate with System Engineering, Software Development, and DevOps to maintain working environments in local data center or cloud.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to analyze, reproduce and resolve production issues related to environment challenges.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience supporting OS, 3PSW and application installation, configuration and monitoring.
• Demonstrated ability support an application infrastructure.
• Knowledge and experience in the following languages and technologies: 
  • RHEL
  • Python, BASH, KSH
  • SOAP, RESTful services
  • Web based application
  • Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB
  • SSL certificate management
  • MS Office 365
• Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with Helix application lifecycle management is an advantage.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Azure is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally and work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills.
• B.S. in Computer Science or related discipline and 5+ years of experience.
