Richard Jacowleff currently serves on the Board of Directors for iconectiv. He joined the iconectiv board at its inception. He also is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of iconectiv.
Mr. Jacowleff has more than 30 years of experience in the industy. In his current role, he is focused on creating innovative new services, delivering exceptional service and overseeing the financial health and effectiveness of the company. Mr. Jacowleff began his career with Bell Laboratories in 1981. Since then he has held a series of technical and executive positions at Bell Communications Research and Telcordia Technologies. He is a co-author of a U.S. patent related to distributed database technology. He currently serves on the Dean’s Executive Advisory Board of the School of Engineering and Computing Sciences at New York Institute of Technology (NYIT).
Helena Svancar currently serves on the Board of Directors for iconectiv. She joined the iconectiv board in April 2018. She also is currently the Head of M&A at Ericsson.
Ms. Svancar has advised on and executed transactions across a variety of industries throughout her career. Prior to joining Ericsson in early 2018, she spent 18 years in investment banking, the past ten years with Deutsche Bank in London where she was Head of Corporate Finance, Nordic Region. Her other professional experience includes, Rothschild and SEB Enskilda.
Ms. Svancar holds an MSc in Business and Economics with a Major in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a CEMS Master in International Management from the University of St Gallen.
Andrew Kowal currently serves on the Board of Directors for iconectiv. He joined the iconectiv board in August 2017. Kowal is a Senior Partner with Francisco Partners Management LP, a leading technology investment firm. Prior to joining Francisco Partners in 2001, Mr. Kowal served as a member of Princes Gate Investors where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation and execution of private equity transactions in a variety of industries, including information technology.
In addition to iconectiv, Kowal currently serves on the Board of Directors of Corsair Components, Ichor Holdings, Optanix, Procera Networks and Shoregroup. He previously served on the Board of Directors of Aderant Holdings, MagnaChip Semiconductor, Metrologic Instruments, Mitel Networks Corporation and Source Photonics.
Kowal holds a B.S. in Economics with a Finance concentration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Richard (Dick) Lynch currently serves on the Board of Directors for iconectiv. He joined the iconectiv board at its inception. He also is currently the President of FB Associates, LLC.
An industry veteran, Lynch has extensive leadership experience in industry having served as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Verizon Communications between 2007 and 2011 and EVP and CTO of Verizon Wireless and its predecessors since 1990. A Life Fellow of The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), he has been awarded patents in the field of wireless communications.
Lynch currently serves on the boards of Blackberry (NASDAQ: BBRY) and Sonus Networks (NASDAQ: SONS). He also serves in the capacity of an advisor or board member on various private companies. He has received the President's Award by the Cellular Telecommunications and Internet Association (CTIA) and has been inducted into the Wireless History Foundation's Hall of Fame. He has been a frequent guest lecturer in academia and industry on technology and its business implications.
Alan Ni currently serves on the Board of Directors for iconectiv. He joined the iconectiv board in August 2017. He is currently a Vice President at Francisco Partners, a leading technology investment firm.
Prior to joining Francisco Partners, Ni worked as an Analyst with J.P. Morgan in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications group, where he focused on advising public and private technology companies in the software sector.
Ni earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
